My book orders are shipped by bulk bookrate, bound printed matter, or Media Mail (unless you specifically pay the higher Priority Mail rates). This lower priced type of shipping occasionally takes from 2 to 4 weeks to reach it's destination, (sometimes even longer than this to the West Coast). This rate does not include the cost of return service mail, so if your package cannot be delivered (for whatever reason), it may not be returned to me by the USPS, in which case it goes to the dead letter office. If the package was addressed as instructed, and shipped (per instructions), I am not responsible for the loss or damage to this package. I will not refund or replace orders that are missing or damaged by shipper negligence. To avoid loss, I recommend the use of Delivery Confirmation, sold to you at COST (55 cents, the price that the USPS charges me) for your protection. I WILL replace packages that are mis-routed or damaged, due to any fault of mine.
